Johann Nicholas Schryver was the fourth of nine children and the second son of Albertus Schreiber and Eva Lauermann Schreiber.  He was born/baptized on 23 March 1718 in the Kingston Reformed Church, Ulster County, New York.  The sponsors were Johann Juriaan Ekkert, Niclass Emig and Anna Maria Oel.  He died in Rhinebeck Precinct, Dutchess County, New York, probably on 5 March 1785.

He married Anna Maria (Marietje) Dederick in Kingston on 20 October 1738.  Anna Maria was born 28 January 1719.  Her sponsors were Abraham Lang and his wife, and the wife of Fridrich Rau.

At the left is a menu that lists Johann Nicholas and Anna Maria's seven (7) children.  All lines are complete with the information we have, except for biographies for each individual.  Hovering on the name (placing your mouse there but not clicking) will pop up a sub-menu of their children.
