Benjamin Scriber ... a g-g-g-grandson of Albertus Schryver

Benjamin Scriber was born in 1844, although a reference in the Burch book indicates that the 1880 Dover town census may have put his birth in 1841. He was the fifth child and fourth son of Joseph Scriver and his wife.

He was a laborer and may have served in the 12th NY Cavalry during the Civil War.

Benjamin died in Dover Plains NY about 1908 at the age of 64.

Sarah Pells was born in March 1853. We have no further information on her. In fact, a reference in the Burch book questions either the spelling of her last name or her last name in general.

We have no details on Benjamin and Sarah's marriage.
